- 1. Free 20-minute assessment. We ask about your calls, quotes, follow-ups, and current workflow. If AI won't pay back, we tell you.
- 2. Flat quote in the call. Setup + monthly, in CAD, no proposal deck. You know the price before you hang up.
- 3. Build (1–3 weeks). Scripts, integrations, testing. We handle number porting, calendar hookups, CRM handoffs.
- 4. Soft launch. Live on a forwarded line, monitored daily. Tweaks based on real calls.
- 5. Steady state. Weekly transcript review the first month, monthly after. You keep working, the system keeps running.
